Fledgings are everywhere
In case you've every wondered what a juvenile Yellow-eyed junco looks like, here's one. I had to search and search in the Tucson area to add this species to my ABA (American Birding Association) list, and only found one. Yet, they are in my yard each and every day here in Patzcuaro.
Arocutin, a small village on Lake Patzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico
I grew up in the Midwest (Galena, IL), obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health Administration from the University of Minnesota, and lived most of my adult life in Alaska and Seattle. Having traveled the world, I somehow have not yet made it to Australia. Tho' my Spanish is improving, my Turkish is getting rusty.
